The construction is stainless steel, with a spit shaft with arms, and adjustable balance weight, to take a maximum roast weight of 45kg. Alternatively, included are the chicken/joint baskets (not shown). The spit is powered by a 240V/12V motor. This model has an aluminium side table, plus low-pressure controllable infra-red ceramic burners.
